This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom oceanfront penthouse offers approximately 1,776 square feet of space and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It’s made for enjoying Playa del Carmen at your own pace: slow mornings, beach days, pool afternoons, and evenings with nowhere you need to be.

The sleeping arrangement is flexible and comfortable, with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and a sofa bed. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple who simply likes having extra room, everyone has a comfortable place to settle in.

The living and dining areas feel open and relaxed, with plenty of natural light and ocean views that naturally steal the show. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and everything you need for anything from an early breakfast to an easy dinner at home.

One of the best things about this location is that balance: you’re close enough to head out to Quinta Avenida, enjoy dinner, explore the city, or discover more of the Riviera Maya, but when you return to Mareazul, the pace feels completely different.
